Digital growth and platform management

We support you in implementing digital marketing strategies and managing your platforms on Amazon PAN-EU to scale your online business. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, when implementing tracking and analytics measures.

Development and scaling

We offer a scalable infrastructure setup, including cloud-native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, staging and production environments as well as server monitoring to ensure the efficiency and reliability of your platforms.

Storage and shipping

We handle the storage, picking, packing and shipping of your products with the utmost care and efficiency. No storage or shipping of dangerous or illegal goods. Your products are insured with us.

Transparent prices

An agreed price per order is fixed. In the event of significant changes in assumptions, both parties can renegotiate or pause the contract. Price adjustments of 2%-10% annually due to inflation.

Data protection

With access to the order information in your online store, we guarantee data protection in accordance with all legal regulations.

Packaging

We define together in the contract how your products are to be packaged. In the event of subsequent deviations, the price will be adjusted together.

Your Duties

Information and delivery of goods

Provision of all necessary information and proper delivery of goods to our warehouse.

Delivery

Announced deliveries of goods, sorted and with individual packaging to protect against dust. Any incorrect delivery and non-palletized deliveries will be charged at a working rate of €30/hour. Pallet size restrictions must be observed.

Cooperation and communication

Provision of all necessary information and materials, regular coordination and open communication in order to achieve common goals.

Liability and payment

Scope of liability

Liability from receipt of the goods until handover to the shipping service provider, based on the purchase value of the stored products.

Terms of payment

Invoices are issued digitally every 30 days, with a payment term of 7 days after receipt of the invoice. Interest on arrears and reminder fees will be charged after this period has expired.

Contract term

No minimum term or minimum volume. Contract can be terminated at the end of a calendar month with 5 days notice.
